Sadly in America today, marriages don’t often withstand the test of time; about 40 to 50 percent of married couples in the United States divorce; add in a ‘celebrity status’, and the rate increases even further. (1) The seemingly happiest couple in NASCAR come to us from Concord, North Carolina…The Wallace’s.
The Wallace Family…
Kenny and Kim have been married 30 years, with their 31st anniversary rapidly approaching in June. They have three adult daughters; Brooke, Brandy, and Brittany. Kenny and Kim have a huge fan-base as a couple and as individuals. They host an annual Kenny Wallace Cruise via the Royal Caribbean Cruise line that is entering its 20th year … I hopefully will be lucky enough to be able to take part in this upcoming December’s cruise.

Kenny is an accomplished racer who still is active in both racing and in broadcasting. Kim takes great pride in raising her family and keeping their lives as normal as possible throughout Kenny’s hectic racing schedule. Kim also runs a wreath making business and I have to admit, I’m jealous of her talent.

This week we decided to take a different approach to the standard interview practice. Seeing the Wallace’s are a unique and often talked about couple, we decided to do a Newlywed Game themed question and answer session and see just how much the Wallace’s really do know about each other! It always amazes me how women are much more detail oriented and this Q and A proved my point. The catch…ONLY Kim and Kenny know the real answers, we can only speculate ☺
